White Paper Explores Connections

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.–Co-op Solutions has released a new white paper that it said explores the connection between daily interactions and long-term growth.

“Credit union members have, on average, 3X the number of financial relationships as non-credit union members,” the company said. “That means they can’t do everything they need at a credit union and are looking elsewhere for convenient digital solutions for their everyday lives.”

Co-op said the new white paper offers answers to the question, “What can credit unions do to maintain those member relationships and drive growth?”

The white paper, “Co-op CU Growth Outlook: Fueling Financial Performance Through Daily Interactions,” provides insights from the company’s 2023 in-depth research on financial industry trends and opportunities for credit unions developed in partnership with EY and Mastercard, Co-op said.

Exploring the ‘Connection’

“This proprietary research explores the connection between micro, daily payment interactions, and long-term financial wellness, specifically the direct correlation between short-term financial management constraints and achievement of long-term spending and saving goals across all demographics,” Co-op Solutions stated. “Read more to learn how credit unions can differentiate, drive growth, and reclaim trust by winning primary financial interactions moment by moment.”
