eDOC Helps Prevent Fraud

SAN ANTONIO, Fla.--San Antonio Citizens FCU reported it has recently prevented fraudulent activity using eDOC Innovations’ check processing and electronic document solutions. A San Antonio Citizens FCU teller suspected the fraudulent activity during a recent deposit and after reviewing the member’s account managed by DocLogic noticed identical deposits from the member at multiple branches. The teller reviewed all recent check images captured through CheckLogic Branch and receipts stored digitally within DocLogic, then notified management who immediately placed holds on the member’s funds.
