MIDDLEBURY, Vt.–eDOC Innovations has released RapidPost, a solution that automatically enables frequent and consistent posting times so mobile deposits become available for members’ use sooner.
“As we continue to build our mobile deposit solutions, our owners wanted a solution that would automate the posting of these transactions on a regular basis,” said EVP Mark Fierro in a released statement. “Operational efficiency and predictable funds availability became important, so we built a tool to accommodate those needs. Cooperatively, building solutions with our owners is inherent to our business model.”
When eDOC Innovations first released the CheckLogic Mobile application, pilot credit unions wanted to review every check and manually post to the members’ accounts, the company said. As volume increased, clients became confident in the business rules built into the solution.
“Operational efficiency that drives a lower cost per transaction while improving member service is a win for everyone. Mobile transactions will continue to grow at exponential rates over the next several years,”concluded Fierro.
Separately, eDOC Innovations said it has authorized $100,000 in cash and credit rebates to their clients during the fiscal 2015 business year.
“Our business model is to drive return to the CUSO owners and participate in their success and sustainability,” commented Bret Weekes, President and CEO of eDOC Innovations. “Our strategy to engage mobile enterprise in digital transaction management continues to garner support and goodwill from our customers and owners, and I’m pleased we have made a strong return this year. Credit unions large and small have recognized the returns with enthusiasm.”
