RALEIGH, N.C. –The  SECU Foundation has provided a $40,000 grant to 100 Black Men of Triangle East (100BMTE), a Wake County non-profit founded to improve the lives of Black youth through programs that focus on mentoring, health and wellness, education, and economic empowerment.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The League of Southeastern Credit Unions and its Alabama Advocacy Policy Committee have named voted to nominate Senator Chris Elliott (R-32) as the 2022 State Lawmaker of the Year.

ASHVILLE, Ga. – First Commerce Credit Union recently partnered with Chaparral & Robalo Boats, one of South Georgia’s largest employers, to host a Financial Literacy Challenge for their more than 950 employees. 

TULLAHOMA, Tenn.– Ascend Federal Credit Union has donated $20,000 to the American Red Cross to be split evenly between the Heart of Tennessee Chapter, which serves Murfreesboro and surrounding counties, and the Nashville Area Chapter.
