ST. LOUIS – Eric Acree, President and CEO of Vantage Credit Union, presented Thomas Smith of Wentzville with a ceremonial check in the amount of $10,000 following nearly 6,800 qualifying entries in the credit union’s annual summer loan campaign.
In order to qualify, members must have closed on a qualifying loan of $1,000 or more, or increased an existing loan or line-of-credit by $1,000 or more, during the promotional period. Smith took out a loan for a work truck. At right, Smith receives his check.
