Renee joins Achieva with an impressive 40-year career in the banking industry, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in retail banking.
Most recently, Grauer served as a Regional Banking Senior Manager and Executive Director at Wells Fargo, where she spearheaded regional turnarounds, delivering exceptional fiscal results, and transforming underperforming branches into top-tier performers. Her achievements include impressive year-over-year growth in customer acquisition, loan approvals and investment assets, alongside substantial improvements in customer service quality.
