RIVERSIDE, Calif.–– The readers of The Press-Enterprise, the largest newspaper in the Inland Empire region, have chosen Altura Credit Union as “Best Credit Union.”
“We are honored that the readers of The Press-Enterprise have selected Altura as the Best Credit Union in the Inland Empire,” said Jennifer Binkley, Altura president and CEO. “Altura has a long, 61-year history in the Inland Empire. We understand this community and strive to provide the types of products and services that address their specific financial goals. More than that, we also consider ourselves an integral part of the communities where we do business. We think it is both these factors that led to this recognition.”
The Inland Empire encompasses more than 27,000 square miles and has a population of about four-million. According to The Press-Enterprise, more than 60,000 votes were cast in the 23rd annual awards in 160 categories for more than 2,000 businesses.
The 2018 winners were featured in a special Best of Inland Empire magazine.
