The Virtual Financial Center “offers a convenient level of digital service and support for members to connect from wherever life takes them,” the credit union said.
“These digital services have revolutionized how members interact with their finances, offering a new level of accessibility and convenience. Virtual appointments, live chat, and video calls allow members to connect with live representatives remotely,” AmeriCU added.
It further noted it has a dedicated team ready and available to handle transactions, inquiries, and applications virtually and assist members with all of their financial needs.
“Our virtual team is providing exceptional service and support to our members through our virtual platform. In just one year, we have been able to assist over 13,600 individuals worldwide across these channels, reinforcing the member demand for these services.
