JACKSON, Mich.–American 1 Credit Union elected multiple board officer positions during its 72nd Annual Meeting at its newly renovated home office branch.
Those elected during the meeting included Philip E. Hoffman as chair, Frank Weathers as vice chair, Julie Alexander as treasurer, and Angella Arnold as secretary.
Directors Linda Schaub, Cheryl Schantz and Tim Hernandez will continue their service on the American 1 board.
“The primary job of our board of directors is to look out for our members' interests. Having a board that represents the diversity of our membership is important to us,” American 1 President and CEO Martha Fuerstenau said. “We are thankful for the American 1 Board of Directors who are selfless volunteers dedicated to the credit union and our membership.”
