American Eagle Financial CU CEO Named Business Person of the Year

HARTFORD, Conn.--Dean Marchessault, president and CEO of American Eagle Financial Credit Union, has been named the 2018 Business Person of the Year by the Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce. 
The announcement was made at the Chamber’s 2019 Annual Meeting & Dinner attended by more than 200 people at the Riverfront Community Center in Glastonbury, Conn., on Jan. 30. CRV Chamber’s most prestigious award was given to Marchessault for his over 20-year career at American Eagle, as well as his advocacy for and involvement in the credit union movement in Connecticut and Washington, DC., the CU said.
