SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. –Buying all of the ingredients for the perfect holiday feast may sound simple enough, but not for those in need. That’s why each year Arrowhead Credit Union said its team members personally donate food for the St. Mary’s Mercy Center located in San Bernardino.
“Trying to make a difference in the lives of others has always been at the heart of our mission at St Mary’s Mercy Center. Arrowhead team members are also committed to helping others, and we continue to benefit from their generosity and support each year,” said Marsha Alguin, Director of Mary’s Mercy Center.
In addition to serving daily hot meals, St. Mary’s distributes approximately 1,000 bags of food each month through their Saint Martin de Porres Emergency Food Bag Program.
“These programs inspired our team to exceed expectations by delivering all of the important components to prepare a complete family feast for the Thanksgiving holiday,” said Arrowhead team member Renee Hunt-Moore.
