PEACHTREE CORNERS, Ga.--Associated CU has promoted Chadwick (Chad) Evans to Senior Vice President of Lending.
Evans graduated with a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Georgia in 1997. He worked at Atlanta Postal Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Officer before making the switch to Associated Credit Union in April 2001. In 2004, he graduated from Georgia State University with an MBA in Personal Financial Planning. He received a promotion to Assistant Vice President (AVP) of the Mortgage department in 2012. Then from 2012-2016 he served as AVP of the Contact Center before being promoted to Vice President of Lending in 2016. In November 2018, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Lending.
“I feel like I was put on this earth to serve,” said Evans. “And I strive to do that in every aspect of my life – most especially when it comes to our membership.”
Evans was a founding member of the ACU Foundation in 2005, and served on the committee for 12 years. Additionally he was a founding member of Ignite, ACU’s employee outreach and team building committee.
