COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Cheryl Bingham, payroll specialist with Aventa Credit Union, has been named Payroll Professional of the Year by the Southern Colorado Chapter of the American Payroll Association. Bingham was recognized for providing outstanding service to the Chapter and for her contribution to the payroll profession. Bingham has been a Chapter Board Member for eight years and maintains a professional commitment to helping Chapter members with continuing education.
Bingham has been Payroll Specialist for Aventa Credit Union for the past two years. Prior to that she spent 13 years as Payroll Manager for the U.S. Olympic Committee.
