NORTH GRAFTON, Mass.–Kelly Benoit has been named Senior Vice President of Compliance and Training at Homefield Credit Union.
Benoit will work under the direction of EVP, CFO & COO Julie DeLong, and will be responsible for the development and continued oversight of risk management tools, practices and policies that will ensure compliance with all applicable industry laws and regulations. She will also act as the Credit Union’s liaison for federal and state examinations, in addition to internal/external reviews and audits, the CU said.
Benoit will provide continuous employee development and training throughout the credit union with a focus on sales training, relationship building, teller and member service, as well as leadership development. “Kelly has proven management skills and an in-depth knowledge of the workings of the credit union. I’m sure she will shine in this new role,” said President & CEO, Karl Moisan.
