CU SoCal Cuts Ribbon on New Branch

COSTA MESA, Calif.– Credit Union of Southern California (CU SoCal), with assistance from the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, held a ribbon cutting ceremony to introduce its new, full-service branch to its members and the public.

The branch, located in the popular Costa Mesa Courtyards retail shopping establishment, is just steps away from other retail shops such as CVS, BevMo!, and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

CU SoCal President/CEO, Dave Gunderson was on-hand for the ceremony as well as the Chair of the Costa Mesa Chamber, Tom Johnson, who formally welcomed the credit union to their community. Gunderson expressed his excitement for the branch’s beach-inspired architecture and design and for new opportunities to deliver CU SoCal’s robust and wallet-friendly financial service product lines to the Costa Mesa and Newport Beach communities.

Among the attendees at the event were Alexander Gonzales, District Staff Representative for Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, David J Taylor, Senior Field Representative for Assemblymember, Matthew Harper, and several other members from both the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, employees of the credit union and members from the surrounding community.
