ALBANY, Ore.-- Central Willamette Credit Union has named Luisa Herrera Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
In this role Herrera will oversee a range of key functions, including branch and service delivery, member engagement, operations, and wealth management.
With her extensive experience and innovative approach, Herrera is poised to enhance collaboration and foster effective communication across all team members and departments at Central Willamette Credit Union. Her leadership will be instrumental in driving the credit union’s commitment to exceptional member experiences and operational excellence.
