OMAHA, Neb.--Centris Federal Credit Union’s Jason Scheopner is one of 29 credit union innovators selected for inclusion in the latest cohort of the Filene Research Institute’s i3 Program.
This two-year program is designed to equip top credit union professionals with the mindset, tools and network to lead and shape the credit union of the 21st century.Scheopner currently serves as vice president, strategy and planning, at Centris. A native of Goodland, Kan., he joined the Centris team in 2022.“We’re incredibly proud of Jason’s inclusion in this cohort and are excited by his potential to positively affect change, not only at Centris but throughout the credit union industry,” said Centris Federal Credit Union President and CEO Steve Swanstrom.i3 program participants learn cutting-edge innovation competencies in three core categories – facilitating innovation, accelerating learning, and mobilizing people and resources to inspire action that leads to change.
