VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.– Chartway FCU has been recognized as a “Top Workplace in Hampton Roads”by Inside Business and a “Top Workplace in Utah” by The Salt Lake Tribune in 2021. It has also been awarded a 2022 Top Workplaces USA honor by Energage.
Award winners were selected based on team member feedback gathered through an engagementsurvey, and results were calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance, against industry benchmarks.
