Clearview FCU Hosts Bank Sale to Raise Funds

PITTSBURGH– Clearview Federal Credit Union, a member-based credit union serving 10 southwestern Pennsylvania counties, hosted a bake sale in honor of veterans, with all proceeds benefitting Wreaths across America. 

Each December Wreaths across America honors fallen military members on National Wreaths Across America Day by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, and more than 1,400 other locations. 

“We are proud to support our employees and their family members who will be participating locally by placing wreaths at the Cemetery of the Alleghenies on December 15,” said Assistant Vice President – Marketing Christianne Gribben. 

All proceeds raised from the bake sale will go towards the sponsorship of wreaths and contribute to WAA’s mission – Remember, Honor, Teach.

The bake sale took place at Clearview’s Moon Township Financial Center. Twenty-five employees provided a variety of baked goods including, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, and pie. Clearview was able to raise $600 from the bake sale.
