RALEIGH, N.C.--Coastal Credit Union has named Jen Humphrey Vice President of Employee Experience.In this role, Humphrey will be managing Coastal’s employee recruiting and retention efforts. Humphrey’s leadership talents will guide performance and advancement and inspire employee engagement.
Humphrey has more than 21 years of prior experience leading HR responsibilities such as performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and rewards program design, and building teams through expert mentorship and coaching.
