APPLETON, Wis.--Community First Credit Union has hired three employees:
- Lindsay Derencius as Vice President of Learning & Development
- Renee Petersen as Vice President of Operations
- Matthew Wilcox as Vice President Business Lending
Derencius has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Business Law and a master’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management plus 11 years of prior experience, most recently as Director of Training and Development with Faith Technologies.
Petersen graduated from the UW-Madison Graduate School of Banking/Digital Banking School and has more than 28 years of credit union and banking experience. Most recently she was Vice President of Electronic Banking with Investors Community Bank. Previously she worked for Unison Credit Union as the Vice President of Internal Operations and Fox Communities Credit Union as a Project Manager.
Wilcox has an undergraduate degree in Finance/Entrepreneurship and 26 years of banking/financial services industry experience. He has 14 years as Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer/Senior Lender at BLC Community Bank (Little Chute) and most recently over five years’ experience handling Small Business Administration 504 loans as Vice President/Loan Officer with WBD, Inc.
