- Sam Grove was promoted to Vice President-Finance and Data Analytics.
- Jim Jacobs was promoted to Vice President-Risk Management.
- Dan Umscheid was promoted to Vice President-Support Services.
- Nicole El-Chami was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Electronic Services.
- Amanda Gish was promoted to Assistant Vice President-Marketing.
