DEI Adds Eight New Team Members

CINCINNATI--In response to record growth, DEI, a leading design/build company working with banks and credit unions nationally, has added  eight new team members: an interior designer, two assistant project managers, an assistant buy-out coordinator, and four site managers.

Shawn Pence, interior designer, has 24 years of experience providing design consultation as a business owner and consultant. During those years she worked with notable clients such as Hasbro, GE Aviation, DHL, Nisbet, and McCormick. In her personal time, she lends her talents to St. Vincent Ferrer School & Parish.

Jacob Birch is graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Sciences this spring and has joined DEI as an assistant project manager. He has experience managing apartment building remodels from interior fit-out to final punch list, as well as coordinating subcontractors and managing drawings and submittals.

Kris Banks is graduating from Northern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and has joined DEI as an assistant project manager. He has worked in the construction field as a hands-on laborer, as well as an estimator and project engineer on larger projects.

Ty Singleton has hands-on construction experience and owns his own personal training studio. As an assistant buy-out coordinator, he will be working with DEI’s project managers to locate and obtain estimates from subcontractors for projects across the U.S.

To help accommodate DEI’s continued growth, four additional construction site managers have been added to the team: Tom Bryant, Fernando Diaz, Michael Walrath, and Ray Hicks.
