WILMINGTON, Del.–Del-One Federal Credit Union hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration at the La Central building on the Kirkwood Highway here.
“The La Central Loan Production Office is another big step by our Del-One team to demonstrate our commitment to our community and provide a sense of belonging with those we serve” said Del-One Chief Banking Officer John Chartrand.
Lt. Gov. Bethany Hall-Long, New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer, Del-One President & CEO Dan McCarthy, Del-One Mortgage Operations Manager Yarmila Rivera-Ortiz, Real Estate Agent Yonathan Galindo, and CBO Chartrand spoke of the importance of providing financial resources to members of our community, including those who are under-resourced and under-represented which includes the Hispanic community.
The Del-One Loan Production Office at La Central is staffed with bilingual teammates who are there to assist members every step of the way through their financial journey, the credit union said.
“The opening of this office is a direct reflection of the efforts of many at Del-One. What excites us most is knowing that we are just getting started in making a real impact on this community,” said McCarthy. “We do not take for granted the trust others have put in us, and we promise to earn it every day.”
