ATLANTA – Delta Community Credit Union announced that Linda O’Shea and Charlie Boyajian now serve respectively as chairman and vice chairman of its board of directors.
The elections occurred during a monthly board meeting on March 26 following Delta Community’s annual membership meeting on March 17. O’Shea had served as vice chairman since 2011 and was chosen by her peers to succeed Delta Community’s longtime chairman, Jim Diffley, who held the position for 38 years before his passing in September 2024.
“Our board oversees Delta Community’s business strategy and helps to ensure our constant focus on member service and sound, sustainable operational practices,” said Hank Halter, chief executive officer. “We are fortunate to have a highly talented, engaged group of directors who bring different expertise to support management and benefit members. The depth, strength and commitment of our board is evident in Delta Community’s ongoing success and this smooth, effective transition in board officers.”
