READING, Penn.–For the sixth consecutive year, Diamond Credit Union employees were given the opportunity to donate school supplies to help ensure that every local student can start the school year off right, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Team Diamond answered the call enthusiastically by donating several boxes worth of new school supplies. In addition to employee support, Diamond’s partners at Heartland/EDGE Associates and Guardian Land Transfer made a large donation.
Diamond employees delivered the supplies to two United Way organizations: Boyertown Area Multi-Service and the Pottstown Family Center. These organizations will provide the supplies to local students. Diamond’s Human Resources Associate, Monica McCoach, has organized the School Supply Drive for the past three years. “I’m so thankful to work with so many giving individuals who are happy to help out the local community,” said McCoach.
