DUBUQUE, Iowa – Dupaco Community Credit Union has been named a 2022 Top Workplace USA.
The recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
Energage, LLC surveyed 300+ organizations within Dupaco’s employee size (500-999) throughout different industries within the United States to receive this recognition.

The anonymous survey to employees measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, organization’s leadership and connection to name a few.

Dupaco was also recently ranked the a top five Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register in the large employer category for 2021. Dupaco has garnered an Iowa “Top Workplace” recognition each year that it has participated in the Des Moines Register survey: 2021, 2019, 2016, and 2011.
