Elevations CU Announces Board Election Results, Plans for Growth

BOULDER, Colo.—Elevations Credit Union hosted its 64th Annual Meeting to elect directors to three open positions and to brief members and the community on the institution’s latest updates. Immediately following the Annual Meeting, Elevations conducted the Board Reorganization Meeting to elect new officers.

Elevations is pleased to announce the results of board elections. Board members Eric Jones, Ray Martinez and Jim Menghi were re-elected to three-year terms. Nancy Herbert was elected Elevations board chair, Kate Brown was elected board vice chair, Ray Martinez was elected board secretary and Eric Jones was elected board treasurer for the coming year. The members of the Supervisory Committee, comprised of David Forsberg, Bob Jobin, Brad Jones, Christine Morrissey and Kevin Rickman, were appointed for another one-year term.

On the heels of record growth, Elevations also announced updates for several branch openings and facility acquisitions that will better serve its growing member base. Elevations confirmed that a new branch in downtown Boulder on Walnut Street will open in July, 2017. In addition, Elevations leaders broke ground on April 25th on a new branch in Midtown Fort Collins at 2025 South College Avenue, to open in late 2017. Elevations has also entered into a contract to purchase property in Old Town Fort Collins at 221 East Mountain Avenue. This will be developed into a multi-use location, including a new branch and community room, by 2018. And this week, Elevations closed on a new office facility at 1 Environmental Way in the Interlocken Business Park, which will provide additional administrative support space as the organization grows across the Front Range.
