BOULDER, Colo.— Elevations Credit Union has been featured in “Jump-Starting Performance Improvement: A Case Study from Elevations Credit Union,” a report published by the Filene Research Institute that explores the performance improvement tactics of the credit union through the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria.
In 2014, Elevations became the first credit union to receive the Baldrige Award, the only presidential honor for performance excellence. According to the Filene Research Institute, “This report highlights Elevations Credit Union’s journey to becoming a national leader in performance improvement and quality. Key findings in this research will serve as best practices for performance improvement.”
