BOULDER, Colo.–The Elevations Foundation, the charitable arm of Elevations Credit Union, said it awarded an all-time high of $84,000 in scholarships for local high school students, and $69,500 for community grants to local nonprofits. This totals $153,500 awarded to Colorado nonprofits and students.
Elevations Foundation provides needs-based scholarships to graduating high school seniors, plus community grants to organizations that support initiatives around early childhood development, mental health, and environmental education and sustainability.
Elevations Foundation is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization that carries out the philanthropic pursuits of Elevations Credit Union. Since 2010, Elevations Foundation has provided over $322,200 in scholarships for higher education and $430,074 in community grants.
