SYRACUSE, N.Y.--Empower Federal Credit Union has promoted Christopher Pisarz to Commercial Underwriting Manager.He will manage a team of commercial underwriters to provide commercial real estate owners funds for the development, purchase, or refinance of properties, and meet the working capital and funds for growth needs of businesses in New York State. Empower serves over 200,000 members in Central New York and surrounding counties and has over 24 branch locations. He is a graduate of Merrimack College and received his MBA from Southern Connecticut State University. Prior to his career at Empower, he worked as a Business Advisor to small businesses through the Small Business Development Center at the University of Connecticut.
