Ent CU Opens New Facility With ITMs

PUEBLO WEST, Colo.–Ent Credit Union has opened its latest service center here, providing full-service banking convenience to Ent's more than 19,000 Pueblo, Colorado area members.

This new location uses state-of-the-art technology to offer members added convenience including self-service safe boxes and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in the center's outside drive up lanes. The center also offers self-service safe boxes, allowing members can quickly and easily access their safe box with a scan of their hand, and teller pods featuring teller cash recyclers to facilitate faster cash dispensing to members. 

The first of their kind in Southern Colorado, ITMs provide members with the option to have a live video chat with a teller or to use the machine as a 24/7 ATM, the credit union said. Using the chat feature, members can ask questions make deposits, cash checks and perform more complicated transactions, all from the convenience of their car. The ITMs at Pueblo West are the first and only ones currently in Pueblo County, and are available to assist members from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. 

"We're very pleased to be opening the doors to our new Pueblo West Service Center just in time for the holidays," said Ent's Executive Vice President of Operations, Matt Gendron. "The center's new technology will allow members to get in and out quickly while experiencing the same outstanding member service they've come to know and expect at all of our service centers."
