COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Ent Credit Union has named Liz Killen-Scott Director of Talent Management.
Killen-Scott has more than 25 years of human resources experience, including 10 years as Sr. Manager of Talent and Organizational Development at Harris IT Services, a subsidiary of Harris Corporation. She founded and for the past five years operated Being HR Consulting, LLC, the CU said.
Killen-Scott received a bachelor’s degree in distributive studies with an emphasis in Communication and a master of business administration from UCCS with an emphasis in Leadership and Human Resource Management, where she is an adjunct professor for the College of Business.
Her certifications include: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Organizational Leadership and 360-Degree Feedback, the CU said.
