COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.– Ent Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian McQuinn to staff attorney. His new duties include overseeing Ent’s trademark, patent and intellectual property in addition to supporting the organization’s vendor management program through contract reviews, compliance and legal research, and serving as a liaison with Ent’s external legal counsel.
McQuinn holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He joined Ent in 2015 through the CU/DU Legal Residency Program, which is jointly operated by the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and the University of Colorado Law School. The program provides new lawyers with training and employment opportunities to help them launch their careers.
“We look forward to leveraging Brian’s knowledge in support of other legal services initiatives such as real estate contract analysis, insurance program management and advanced legal support training to member-facing staff,” said Jay Olson, Ent’s director of risk management. “His personal character, networking and relationship management skills continue to enhance the value of our risk management function.”
