COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Ent Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Hand to director of cash delivery systems.
In this new role, Hand will be responsible for Ent’s instant issue debit card equipment, teller cash recyclers and coin machines as well as Ent’s fleet of more than 50 local ATMs and ITMs. Currently available at Ent’s Pueblo West Service Center and Polaris Pointe Ent Express locations, Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) can be used 24/7 as an ATM or a member can touch the screen to speak with a video teller to complete more complex transactions. Video tellers are available to assist members from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
Hand has more than 25 years of experience at Ent, serving in roles of increasing responsibility and is a graduate of Mitchell High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
