MADISON, Wis. – Filene Research Institute has promoted Christie Kimbell to Executive Vice President.
In this new role, Kimbell will be responsible for the strategy, products, programs, communities, financial and operational management of Filene.
Kimbell joined the Filene Research Institute in 2019 as Chief Experience Officer and has since demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a strong commitment to the growth and success of the organization. Her contributions have been the driving force behind product relevancy, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
In her most recent role as Chief Product Officer, Kimbell adeptly shifted the relevancy of Filene’s research and incubation portfolio and successfully defined talent requirements for growth. Her leadership of the communities area has demonstrated her skill at listening to market needs and responding effectively. Her leadership in testing new concepts like the philanthropic strategy, HerMoney, and Member Voice show her strategic thinking, her understanding of the innovation competency as well as the ability to pivot when a strategy fails.
