BURNSVILLE, Minn. –Firefly Credit Union has broken ground on its future branch location in Maple Grove. Members of the credit union’s board of directors and executive team were both present for the ground breaking of the financial cooperative’s 10th branch.
The new 3,409 square foot branch will be located within the Fountains at Arbor Lakes at 11121 Fountain Drive North, which is conveniently located in a high-traffic area in the northwestern metro with quick access from retailers, dining, and entertainment.
The Maple Grove branch was designed by R. W. Larson Architects and Weber Marketing Group . They both played a role in the recently opened Chanhassen branch – implementing Firefly’s new prototype design. The building will be constructed by Terra General Contractors based out of Rogers, Minn.
The standalone branch will include a drive-up as well as enhancements included in Firefly’s new branch prototype design. These include an open floor plan; a tech bar, which will provide visitors with quick, convenient access to information on membership and accounts; and a refreshment bar for visitors.
