BURNSVILLE, Minn.–Firefly Credit Union dedicated July to honoring its employees. The credit union recognized its more than 250 employees with goodies, games and giveaways throughout the month to demonstrate gratitude for all the hard work they put in each day.
Taking advantage of the beautiful Minnesota summer, employees were encouraged to get outside and participate in a water balloon toss tournament, a bean bag toss tournament, company picnic, and an invitation to attend an evening at a Twins game.
Additionally, employees received multiple perks including a photo booth, mini donut day, Friday jeans days, weekly prize drawings, and a Firefly-branded gift.
“What an exciting month we had here at Firefly! It is because of our outstanding employees that we continually deliver superior service to our members,” said Firefly Credit Union President/CEO Bill Raker. “The annual employee appreciation month is a wonderful way for us to bring employees from across the organization together and honor them for all of the hard work they have put in throughout the year.”
