BURNSVILLE, Minn.– Firefly Credit Union is happy to welcome Heather Erickson to the position of Brooklyn Park Retail Sales Manager.
Formerly settled in Oklahoma, Erickson held positions at Enterprise Holdings, Inc. and First National Bank of Altus where she served as a Branch Manager and a New Account Secretary. Erickson has over 10 years of experience working in the financial industry and customer service field.
In her new role, Erickson is responsible for overseeing our Brooklyn Park Branch as well as creating member relationships and extending her support to all members and employees.
Although new to her role, Erickson has been a member of the Firefly family for almost two years, where she served as a Member Relationship Advisor at our Fridley location.
