BURNSVILLE, Minn.–Firefly Credit Union is proud to welcome Annette Stephens to the position of Chief Information Officer as a member of Firefly’s Executive leadership team.
An influential leader in the financial industry, Stephens comes to Firefly with more than thirty years of experience in financial services, twenty of those years dedicated to IT Strategy. Her career represents a unique perspective as an experienced Vice President Executive responsible for National Data Center Operations to financial industry clients, Assistant Vice President Division Leader and Bank Officer of IT Application Development at an $18 billion bank. IT Risk Management, IT Auditor of financial institutions and the largest providers of financial industry software, National IT Strategy and Advisory Consultant with a global Accounting and Consulting firm.
The widespread list continues for Stephens, who has worked extensively with the executive leadership of hundreds of Credit Unions, Banks and financial industry companies both nationally and abroad. She has been a speaker on various IT topics and an author of industry articles.
In her new role, Stephens will head our Information Technology strategy, supporting Firefly’s mission and values. “I am looking forward to the opportunity to be a key contributor within an excellent organization,” said Stephens. “The financial industry has been the foundation of my entire career.
