Firemen’s Federal’s Copeland named 2023 NAFCU Professional of the Year

NEW ORLEANS– Kym Copeland, Senior Development Officer of New Orleans Firemen’s Federal Credit Union, was chosen as Professional of the Year by the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU).

Copeland and other winners of NAFCU’s 2023 Annual Awards Competition will be honored during NAFCU’s Congressional Caucus in Washington, D.C., Sept. 10-13. 

"Copeland’s dedicated efforts are reflected in the continued success of New Orleans Firemen’s Federal Credit Union, demonstrating thoughtful leadership skills, as well as developing new ideas that benefit our organization's growth," said Firemen’s Federal CEO Judy DeLucca. “This award reflects her exemplary services on behalf of our members.”
