TALLAHASSEE, Fla.– First Commerce Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of John Medina to Senior Vice President – Chief Experience Officer.
In his expanded role, John will provide leadership to First Commerce’s operations teams and member delivery channels. He also will continue to oversee business services and continue to act as the program manager for Six Pillars Financial Advisors, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and First Commerce Insurance Agency. John brings more than 25 years of broad leadership and experience in service excellence in the financial services industry.
