OWINGS MILS, Md.– First Eagle Federal Credit Union has launched a new member resource designed to provide financial guidance and education through a partnership with the Financial Fitness Association (FFA).
This partnership with FFA allows First Eagle to make credit union membership available to more people than ever before, the credit union said.
Through the partnership, anyone who enrolls in FFA is eligible to join First Eagle. The CU said it will cover the cost of FFA membership for the first year for new members, the CU said.
“Through the education solutions available from FFA, First Eagle members will be able to learn how to guard against identity theft, understand, manage and improve credit, transition from school to career, engage in financial planning and more,” the credit unions aid. “FFA Resources are available to members online and include a library of podcasts, worksheets, financial fitness checklists, calculators, videos and more. Members also receive quarterly newsletters and can access hundreds of educational articles on money management.”
