LOS ANGELES– First Entertainment Credit Union was the presenting sponsor for American Cinematheque’s Tribute to the Crafts, a ceremony honoring the hard work of behind the camera crew members in filmmaking that was held at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica, Calif.
“We’re excited to have been a part of American Cinematheque’s commemoration of those who work behind the scenes in the cinematic arts,” said Addie Allison, chief experience officer at First Entertainment Credit Union. “We pride ourselves in supporting our members and honoring their accomplishments while helping them achieve their financial goals as they pursue their professional aspirations. We are honored to sponsor American Cinematheque’s Tribute to the Crafts and look forward to helping them provide more opportunities to our entertainment family.”
As a member-supported non-profit cultural organization dedicated exclusively to the public presentation of cinema, American Cinematheque began screening films to the public in 1985 and has provided diverse programming and immersive in-person filmmaker events locally as well as virtual programming reaching over 100 countries worldwide, the credit union said.
First Entertainment added it was honored to support creators at this tribute whose work is the backbone of the filmmaking experience.
“We are proud to be partnering with First Entertainment for our Tribute to the Crafts event, said Ken Scherer, executive director at the American Cinematheque. “This ceremony aimed to celebrate all those who work behind the scenes to make storytelling come to life on the screen.
