JACKSONVILLE, Fla.–First Florida Credit Union has been named to Florida Trend magazine’s “Best Companies to Work For in Florida” list. It is the 11thtime the CU has been so honored.

First Florida was also recently named 2024’s Credit Union of the Year in the Large Asset Size category by the League of Southeastern Credit Unions. The award recognizes credit unions for their outstanding achievements in the areas of day-to-day operations, financial prowess, and community outreach.
Best Companies To Work For In Florida is a survey managed by Florida Trend and Workforce Research Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. To compete for the distinction, businesses underwent an assessment based on their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The research group then identifies the finest employers in the region, all the while giving organizations valuable employee feedback.
