HOUSTON– For the fourth consecutive year, First Service Credit Union has been named one of the top 100 places to work in Houston by the Houston Chronicle. First Service ranked 11th out ofthe top 50 mid-size employers.
The Top Workplaces were determined by the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
Nearly 300 companies were nominated for the award, which recognizes the best places to work in the nation's fourth largest city, with a metropolitan population exceeding six million. Top employers were selected based on survey results that measured workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and engagement.
