HILLSBORO, Ore.–First Tech FCU has been awarded a 2022 Top Workplaces USA recognition by Top Workplaces.
The national honor underscores the credit union’s commitment to its people-before-profit philosophy and dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive culture of care and community, the credit union said.
The Top Workplaces USA award celebrates nationally recognized employers with a minimum of 150 employees, that go above and beyond to prioritize an employee-centered work culture while also creating a platform for employees to express their thoughts.
