TAMPA, Fla.–GTE Financial Credit Union hosted “Take Your Kids to Work Day” and used the opportunity to educate participating youth on financial literacy.
One child attending has a head start on the importance of financial literacy, as he was GTE Financial’s 52 Weeks of Savings contest winner. Ryden, seven years old, won the contest over the 4,446 members who participated in 2017.
During Take Your Kids to Work Day, Raymond, from the Tampa Bay Rays, stopped by to visit with the children.
