BANNOCKBURN, Ill.–Terri Spriggs, manager of Great Lakes Credit Union’s Country Club Hills branch, along with her team recently donated $100 to help fund a young member’s trip to represent the state of Illinois in an international track and field event.
“Thank you, GLCU, for all your support. We brought home the slver medal for 4x100 relays,” said Rodney Anderson. “I placed sixth for hurdles and the USA team placed first through sixth in hurdles, shutting out everyone. It was an indescribable experience.”
The funds were provided as part of GLCU’s ongoing random acts of kindness.
