BANNOCKBURN, Ill.–Great Lakes Credit Union (GLCU) has announced the big winner of its Youth Savings Month (YSM) contest, Kiara Y. Kiara was presented with a $100 Visa gift card after being randomly selected as one of the first 80 Youth Accounts opened during April.
YSM is a program that teaches and encourages kids to develop good financial habits. To coincide with the credit union’s 80th Anniversary, the first 80 Youth Accounts opened during April were entered to win gift cards of varying amounts.
